Business Development Executive

We are looking to grow our team with an experienced and self-driven Business Development Executive. Reporting directly to the Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and expanding company footprint across Australia.Applicants must have full Australian working rights to be eligible for consideration for this role. Position closes midnight (AEST) 25th of July 2021.

Key Responsibilities
  • Melbourne Based Role with scope to grow business across Australia
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline through lead generation and prospecting
  • Provide regular updates to the management
  • Achieve the sales targets set by the management
  • Maintain current client relationships and expand existing footprint by acquiring new clients
  • Prepare and deliver proposals as well as business presentations
  • Provide thought leadership on trends in Cyber Security
  • Represent the company at industry events when required
  • Create marketing campaigns for the acquisition and retention of clients
Skills and Experience Required
  • 5-7 years of experience in IT B2B Services Sales, ideally in Cyber Security
  • Previous experience in managing the sales process including lead identification, qualification through to closure
  • Effective and clear communication skills with all levels within the business
  • The technical aptitude to grasp our solutions and services
  • Very good oral, written and interpersonal skills with ability to present compelling proposals and influence prospective clients
